These SMS Terms & Conditions govern the Crazy 88 MMA text messaging program. By opting in to receive text messages from Crazy 88 MMA, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

Program Description

The Crazy 88 MMA text messaging program sends text messages (SMS/MMS) to people who have opted in to receive them from our Elkridge, Owings Mills, and Severna Park, Maryland locations. The purpose of these messages is to send:

class reminders and schedule changes;
free trial scheduling, confirmations, and follow-ups;
membership, account, and billing notices;
event, seminar, camp, and promotion updates;
promotional offers from Crazy 88 MMA; and
replies to questions you send us by text.

How You Opt In

You opt in by giving your express consent to receive text messages from Crazy 88 MMA, such as by checking the text message consent box on one of our forms. Opt-in and opt-out take place through the same Crazy 88 MMA phone number that sends you messages. After you opt in, you will receive a confirmation message.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any membership, program, product, or service.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your membership, class schedule, and activity with Crazy 88 MMA.

Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. If you have questions about your text or data plan, contact your wireless provider.

How to Opt Out

You can cancel text messages at any time. Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. We also honor CANCEL, END, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE, STOPALL, REVOKE, and OPT OUT, as well as any other reasonable request to stop, including a request made by phone or in person at any of our locations.

After you opt out, you will receive one message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will receive no further text messages from us. If you want to rejoin, reply START or opt in again the same way you did the first time.

Carrier Liability

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery depends on your wireless carrier and device and is not guaranteed.

Eligibility

To participate, you must be at least 18 years old and the account holder or an authorized user of the mobile number you provide. Parents or guardians opt in on behalf of minor students. If you change or give up your mobile number, please reply STOP from that number or notify us so we can update our records.

Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Mobile phone numbers will not be sold or shared with any third party. No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are excluded from all information sharing, except with service providers (such as our texting platform and wireless carriers) that deliver messages on our behalf. Changes to These Terms

Crazy 88 MMA may update these SMS Terms & Conditions from time to time and will post the changes on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Your continued participation in the program after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
