Located throughout Maryland, Crazy 88 Mixed Martial Arts aims to deliver the best martial arts instruction available anywhere in the world.

For over a decade, Crazy 88 has specialized in Mixed Martial Arts, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, and Muay Thai Kickboxing. Our environment has been proven -through the success of our students- to produce real expertise and skill.

Administrative Positions

  • Front Desk Assistant

    • The Front Desk Assistant welcomes visitors, manages phone inquiries, assists new students, maintains accurate records, ensures efficient filing systems, and sells necessary equipment to students and members.

    Starts at Minimum Wage. Hourly position.

  • Sales Associate

    • The Sales Associate plays a dynamic role in maintaining a well-organized gym, fostering a welcoming environment for customers, handling leads, giving sales presentations, managing follow-ups, and overseeing product sales and inventory, with commission incentives for each new member signed up.

    Starts at $15 + Commission (Average $30+ per hour).

  • Location Sales Manager

    • The Location Manager is a versatile professional responsible for overseeing customer service, membership sales, data entry, HR duties, and facility maintenance, while possessing a background in sales, team management, and martial arts or fitness, and ensuring adherence to the company’s brand, values, and philosophy, as they lead and collaborate with various staff members and coaches.

    Starts at $18 + Bonus + Benefits. 25-35 hours weekly position.

Coaching & Instructor Positions

We are seeking individuals with experience in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Muay Thai Kickboxing, Wrestling, and Boxing.  General Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) experience is acceptable. 

Instructors can teach all or some of the following target groups: Intro Adults, Intro Kids, Advanced Adults, Advanced Kids, Competitive Adults / Professionals.
