Matthew Burr became Crazy 88’s newest Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Blue Belt on a sunny Christmas Day. Matt has been training in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu for close to three years, balancing his martial arts with two jobs. He recently nabbed a Bronze medal from the Miami International Open in the White Belt lightweight division.

We stress to all our students at Crazy 88 that the study of martial arts is a long journey and each belt is just a marker on it.  Congratulations to Burr for making it this far and best wishes as he strives for the Purple Belt.

Matt Burr is the last of the 2011 Jiu-Jitsu Promotions.
