Coban “The Crusher” Lookchaomaesaitong (born August 4, 1966) is a Thai former Muay Thai kickboxer and World Champion. He won his first world title in 1985 and also held Lumpinee stadium titles (one of the two major Thailand titles). He retired in 2000 after a 23-year career in Thailand and moved to New York to coach.

Crazy 88 is always looking to bring in the most talented coaches and fighters in order to provide our clients with the best training possible. It was our pleasure to bring down the legendary Coban Lookchaomaesaitong for a 2-Day Muay Thai Seminar.

The first session was open to all students regardless of Thai Boxing experience. Coban did not take it easy on them though and pushed all the attendees hard. The seminar was go go go from the start and the shirts of the students and the mats of the school were soaked after just the first half hour!

The second day session was for Professional Fighters and Coaches only. The Crazy 88 and Ivey League MMA staffs were run ragged for 3 hours as Coban ran them through a series of drills. Variations on certain techniques were taught and the attendees were able to get expert-level feedback on their form and movement. The instructors will use this knowledge to not only up their own striking prowess but also provide even better Muay Thai training to the students of Crazy 88.
